Beautiful park, where Herman van Veen used to live nearby.

In 2016 I found it very bad and incomprehensible that so many healthy and old trees were cut. Apparently this was necessary. Lately, however, I have noticed that De Overtuin and the Haastrechtse bos behind it are looking better and that the current planting fits better in the environment. Tribute to the volunteers! What I still want to say is that the replanting obligation is carefully considered. We have to be careful with our beautiful green living environment.

Good outlet for dogs and also cozy In the summer. The downside is that if you have to let your dog out in the evening, there are no lights.

Beautiful garden with pond and statues. I am always on my bike and when I am in Haastrecht I sit on a bench, relax.
