We wanted to have our garden renovated by NW Hoogendoorn. Considering our previous experience with a big bag of sand it was very good. Called for an appointment, it was a bit difficult, but finally a friendly gentleman came a few days later to look at the garden. This gentleman has neatly noted down everything we wanted and measured sizes etc. He indicated that he would go to the garden center for tiles as soon as possible to find out. We did this the same day. Nice garden center, Wilfred immediately spoke and pointed out where the tiles were. Selected tiles, then searched for Wilfred and passed on the information so that he could draw up the quotation. This would be ready the following week. Week later, no quotation yet. Called the following week (2 weeks later) and was told by the lady on the phone that she would write it down and be called back. Week later nothing. Then called again and the lady said the same. (Is the quotation system only accessible to Wilfred? Because nobody can reach it from the location you are calling. Bit outdated.) Anyway, finally called back the day after by Wilfred. Yes I will find out and call you back with 10 minutes. Nothing heard. Week later, called again directly to Wilfred. No answer, voicemail recorded but never called back. Called the number on the site a week later, you were told that quotes couldn't be reached, but she will pass it on because she had Wilfred on the phone. Wilfred said in the bus no later than Tuesday evening next week. You guessed it. Tuesday night, no quote. Called the day after with the message that we are not happy with about five weeks later and have nothing. She gets it and asks if someone can call back. This was allowed. A little later Wilfred called. "Yes, you had to call back for a quote." I indicated that we did not want to continue with them and during my explanation he cut me off with, "Okay dear man, fine, then I'll hang up, bye" So from a good experience to a downright brutal and bad experience.
