Too unfriendly for words! This morning at 9.45 went to the store, the owner stood with the broom in his hand, everything still dark in the store. Carefully we asked if the case was open, we thought we had seen that the opening time was 9.30 on Saturday. The owner snarled that the store was not open yet and that he really could watch the clock and that he determined whether the store was open or not. Surprised about this reaction, we left the case, muttering that he was not really customer-friendly. Then he immediately rushed outside to 2 acquaintances screaming loudly about those 2 women etc. etc. He seemed completely overwhelmed !! Were specifically for Delft, driven 100 km, because we once bought something from him for which we wanted a replacement for a special occasion. What a damper! Never put 1 step over the threshold of this man again !!

Super good and expertly helped. I sat comfortably on the stool and at least an hour of conversation. Today I picked up the framed drawing and I am very satisfied, it is very nicely done and looks great. Good service, nice lists, good advice, keep to agreements.
