Very bad if I am on my way to the store and 17:01 would arrive. Then you call and tell them to close the door at exactly 17:00. Intonation on the phone is quite inappropriate. As an entrepreneur you can empathize with the customer if I am 1 minute late. The next moment is only Tuesday. While I need the ring tomorrow. There is no sympathy for a working customer who leaves work a little earlier to try to be on time.
