An excellent dry cleaner with a lot of expertise and very fair prices, cheaper than the others in Zwolle. Had a down duvet cleaned and a Merino / Kashmir blanket. Very satisfied and fast service, good parking possibilities.

Cushion covers taken from my couch and not returned clean and wet. Called about this. If she had to bring it back, they were washed. Not clean again. But I had paid 70 euros No reimbursement, possibly a credit note (as if I still have faith in this company) But I had to be satisfied because I had already had a discount. In the end, another company got it very nicely clean. A worthless complaint handling. Not a good word for over !!

Good service, something was not quite tight in my trousers after they had been steamed, went back for a while and the lady put it on the ironing table for free
