A wonderful place to stay a night or two. Nice people and beautifully located in the countryside of the netherlands.

The cottage is beautifully situated, meets the description, but has yet to be finished. The tile work in the bathroom is untidy and you can get hurt. The environment is quiet and rural. There is a nice seating area outside with a beautiful view. You have a lot of privacy. The sauna is small, but does very well. Too bad about the stone-cold floor. When booking it is not stated that the sauna costs 15 euros extra per use. Lighter or matches are missing, so bring your own. The interior of the house is sober, hard plastic chairs at the dining table, very small bench, very small TV with a bar bad sound. We were there in February, while it was definitely not cold for that time of the year. But you will not get comfortable in the house; the infrared heating panels are not suitable for this. They have too low a capacity and only radiate heat very locally. The floor is also stone cold (no crawl space). This problem (cold) has been reported many times in other reviews, we saw. The information folder of the house mentions a movable extra electric heater, but it is missing. If the house had been warmer and more atmospheric, a bit more finished, we would certainly have rated it better. Now we are stuck on a meager six.

Wonderfully rural. Lots of privacy. Complete decor, extensive kitchen and well-cared for breakfast.
