Excellent service, even a year after the transfer of our house, the notary has explained a correct interpretation of our deed of division by email. This allowed me to resolve a significant difference of opinion in the VVE.

After 2 weeks of waiting in which I sent 1 email and called 5 times with several promises that I will be called back soon, I received no response at all from Heemskerken and Feijen. Yesterday morning I was promised for the umpteenth time that I would receive a response to my mail the same day and now I have to conclude that I was kept on the line and that I waited 2 weeks for nothing. I am disappointed that they do not bother to inform me of any crowds or waiting times so that I can choose whether to wait or look elsewhere. I advise people if you want to do business with Heemskerken and Feijen to contact another notary at the same time so that you don't waste 2 weeks waiting for nothing, just like me.

You can only enter here by appointment, but we had it. After ringing the bell we were let in almost immediately, and were able to sit down and wait. Unfortunately, that waiting took a very long time. We were there 5 minutes early, but we waited at least 20 minutes without further explanation or an excuse. For that only 3 stars

Perhaps I am less of this time, but the communication of this office seems unworthy of a notary public. Due to a serious error in the bill of settlement, when reporting this, I was told by the secretary that I should send an email and that the notary was present but would not call me. This was dealt with later, but it is really not neat.

Very nice and knowledgeable notary with a lot of experience and friendliness!
