Le Vieux Jean Vins

this was my fav 'burgundy' restaurant in holland. the father, robert polman with his vast collection burgundy wines and his delicious cooking are two perfect combination of fine food in the country like holland where the majority of food is average. my fav is their sweetbread (kalfzwezerik) and bouillabaisse.

Pricey but worth it.

I made a reservation with Michelin Bib Gourmand. As expected, it was full. Three people went to 70 euros per person, but the service was good and the rice was delicious.

Beautiful wine spot, stylish environment, high quality. Good tasting experienced. Water and bread.
