Clear quotation, quick response and executed by a painter with a lot of expertise. Besides, she was also very nice. I am very satisfied with the implementation.

Mrs. Schutte has now wallpapered various walls. We are very satisfied with the work delivered. Fast and clear communication in advance about the price and planning. The work has been carried out neatly and everything is neatly left behind. There was also good thought. 1 of the walls turned out not to be smooth enough to hang wallpaper. This could be remedied immediately after consultation. Thank you for paying attention to this!

1 star for the effort. There is paint on the walls and ceiling, that is all about it. We regret that we have started working with this company. Very imprecise work, not neatly finished, not leaving the work neatly. They themselves are easily satisfied with inferior work. And also a very poor complaint handling. We have never done business with a company that performs so badly on all fronts! Never never again for us! Note: also trades under the name Lenferink Schilders en afbouw bv. This is the same company. You expect / have an agreement that the female painters of Mrs. Schutte will come, but you will get Lenferink's men.

We do not have good experiences with this company. First we must say that it was not the painters themselves. They have done a nice job. The difficulties were in the contact and cooperation with our contact person at Mrs. Schutte. It started with the fact that the quotation was delivered by post and email. The same offer with different amounts. Can happen a bit sloppy. After we agreed to the correct quote, it turned out to be incomplete. As a result, the company charged us for the cost of a mistake they made. They promised by phone that it was their fault but that the costs would go to us, she said. Finally, there was additional work that we thought was very expensive. We also requested a price for additional work for the stairs in our house. For this they asked almost double what another painting company in Zwolle asked for. We therefore had this done by the other company. Finally, invoices are also delayed. The latter is less natural. But all in all a sloppy impression and conflicts / disagreements have not been resolved neatly or tactically in consultation. In short: Choose another painting company.

I can recommend Mrs. Schutte to everyone. In addition to the fact that contact went quickly and smoothly with the contact person, neat paintwork was also delivered. In the future we will certainly use the services of Mrs. Schutte and Daughters again.
