New piece of hiking and cycling recreation. In the middle of the Randstad. Still a bit bare, but definitely worth five stars later

Is a nice park but a bit bare

Curious about what it will look like, we took a bike ride through the newly built area. Much remains to be done, but it is already a great experience to look around! Extensive, beautiful views and lots of birds. Camping De Drie Morgen is already in use. Benches and route posts have been placed and (still) what a rest. When we went looking around, the area was not yet open to the public. The new nature reserve was officially opened recently (July 2020). Walking, cycling, canoeing, everything is possible, according to forester Arjan Postma.
