I understand that COVID-19 times are hard for everyone and that we still have to find a way to make things work. This is why I asked if it was preferred I make an appointment. I was told that was not necessary, but asked to go for a 10-minute walk after which I would be helped. When I came back the shop was full of people and I was yelled at to get out.

Great advice if you are looking for running shoes, they make a small video of you, and analyze what shoes are best for you

What I like the most here is the personalized service to help you choose the right running shoes for you!!!

Edit: well helped after going back and happy with the final shoes. Service was friendly, but not good. Opinions of other experts and my own experience were discarded without any substantiation. Now I am left with a lot of doubts and shoes that I am not satisfied with. Old shoes (okay, they were also terribly old) had to be "out of his sight" immediately and wear and tear, for example, was not examined. Insoles fitted by a podiatrist in connection with long-term injuries would be "not suitable for running", and moreover "unnecessary with the right shoes". When, after trying for a while, I indicated that I still had the feeling that I lacked that support, what the answer "it seems like". Trying out with insoles was not an option. Anyway, bought the shoes, I was a bit overwhelmed. during the first round of running longer than 1x back and forth in the store, I immediately noticed that I really missed that support. Immediately a lot of pain due to overcompensation of muscles, where this was not the case with the same scheme with old shoes with sole. So the sole in the new shoe anyway, but that creates very uncomfortable pressure points. I also find the policy of asking 25 euros for the gait study if no purchase is made (by the way, not close to a 20-minute analysis as presented on the site) not very customer friendly.
