Very cheap clothing and shoes can be found here. Bristol is known for having very low prices, though it is in balance with it's quality sometimes. It's on the second floor, with the entrance just outside the square. Parking is no issue with a parking garage almost next to it.

Great place to buy cheap cloths (like sports cloths), or cheap camping supplies (like an air mattress). Their shoes are cheap, but poor quality, I wouldn't recommend buying them unless you plan to weir them less than 6 months.
