I had my eye on boots, I doubted, it was not necessary! I was helped nicely, without being intrusive. Efforts were made for me and thought along. So the next day I came back, other sellers, but again the atmosphere of being helpful, without putting pressure on it, it came naturally and really! And I bought the boots :)
