nice shop, good location, but the kindness I read I have not found. On the contrary. I wanted to try on a shoe 42½ but there was none. ready. So don't bother to get another shoe with this size or an alternative, nothing. Asked whether the other shop had it and with great difficulty this gentleman dragged himself to the computer and yes to Pijnacker. was a couple. Again no bother to ask if he can reserve these shoes in the right size. Unfortunately. A salesperson who "looks" at the customer. Bit of a bad way of service and friendliness. And a wrong assessment of your customer (s).

I am always very well helped here by the gentleman (the owner?). Last time I saw a pair of shoes that I liked but they were clearly too wide. He saw what kind of feet I have and continued to offer me shoes - which I had not seen myself but which did suit me - until I had two pairs that I liked and that were comfortable. I almost chose them both ;-) So I walked out the door happy and satisfied. If he hadn't helped me, I would have gone home empty-handed, now I have a pair of shoes that I really like but that I wouldn't have found right away. This shows real customer focus for me. Not selling for selling, but to make the customer happy. Here I will definitely come back!

What a but thing .... 2 times been inside, nobody says good morning, constantly on the phone and I'm not helped. This case does not even deserve 1 star.
