The customer service is great and the staff is very friendly and attentive. The storage units are also great, with several sizes to accommodate different needs. Overall the place is clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend it.

Shurgaard helped me remotely arrange a locker and provided me easy access to information and updates. Their service has been incredible and I would recommend this place if you're looking for a reliable storage service. Special mention to Rajeev whose warm correspondence made everything much easier. You have to buy a lock from them which can only be used for their lockers and that's the only drawback. If you wish to rent a locker you can buy the lock from me at a cheaper price hahah All in all, they deserve a 5 star

Clear service, great customer care. Very polite and helpful staff, looking to help you save money on their services. Really clean facility in perfect working order. Easy to open, easy to close contracts. No fuzz. Great parking possibilities, most large vans fit right next to elevator for maximum ease of use. Location is 2 right turns away from the highway exit.
