Little shop to find for the Kids. Not nice staff. They have a masking policy but that is not indicated anywhere, is only said when you are already inside.

Bought nice summer coat for my husband, was an offer, came home, fitted, was a size too big, not seen in the store that it should not be exchanged, pennies gone, thanks C&A I would not buy anything there for my grandson or husband or family only if I can fit it myself, it would be nice if the shop staff would say before checkout that you can't return it and that the signs saying it shouldn't be exchanged are at the ATM and not on the sides far from the cash register.

Ok store, but not friendly service. By the end of the closure you will almost be looked away. If you want to provide good service, you will help the customer. Next time I will leave my potential purchases in the store.

Usually I order C&A clothing at the webshop and get it or have it returned via the store. Compared to the C&A webshop, the range is not large, but that would of course not be profitable. Every now and then I also buy some in the store and staff are generally polite and customer-friendly.
