Wat een top bedrijf. Er moest een kookplaat vervangen worden en dit hebben ze gelijk goed opgepakt. De medewerker die ik sprak denkt mee en zoekt naar oplossingen. Wat ben ik blij met dit soort bedrijven die doen wat ze zeggen en de klant centraal zetten. Echt top!!!

Great company, good service! We have had a washing machine that did not work properly. The manufacturer did not really meet us. Ava visited 3 times to look at the problem. Also tried a lot to solve it myself. Unfortunately the problem persisted and Ava has delivered a new machine! In short, very good service! Great thing to go to and keep coming.

It has been a few weeks since we had an appointment with an AVA service technician. First of all, a problem with the TV, click when switching. Solved in 1 min. The next problem was with the purchased WiFi Repeater. You know Plug and Play. Forget it. Mechanic took more than an hour to get it working and succeeded. I NOW CALL THIS SERVICE and that is the reason why I buy at AVA. Thanks Unfortunately, I have to mention here that I later received an invoice of € 40 because the technician has been working longer than usual. Advice to AVA is to say this to the customer beforehand.

Beautiful store with knowledgable staff. It's great that you know these things and don't have to look them up, like in the big electronics stores.
