Are responsible for the maintenance of your pellet stove, whether or not it has been bought and installed from them. Give advice on healthy and safe heating and which pellets are the best for your stove. By the way, they have the best pellets (M&M pellets). These are not dust makers like the pellets in the hardware store or in other places. Here the pellets come directly from the producer and are therefore of reliable quality. You can pick up the pellets. If you have no space at home, do not worry, they store them for you in the pellet hotel and if you have a lot of space, they also deliver to your home.

Great that you can order and pay for a pellet and pick it up when you can pick up some bags of pellets when you need some again
