Nice gold and silver
Customer friendliness is hard to find.
Yesterday with a friend went inside, we did not realize that it was 4.55 pm and so they went so close. An employee calls from behind "we are going to close !!" And is just not pushing us out of the store with a number of other customers. Then she says "Open 7 days a week is still not enough" to which I responded that her arrogance is not very customer-friendly. "That's the way I do to my colleagues". If you do not like to be in contact with people, why do you work in a STORE ..... At least I will not be able to get there, BAH!
Friendly staff and good service
Nice things, easy to find from the display cases. Serious downside; it always takes a very long time before you are helped.
Nice shop. Customer is helped quickly and in a friendly manner. Presentation of great offers.
