Perfect location, close to the center. The lack of breakfast is more than compensated by other (free) facilities such as bicycle loan and coffee and tea.

A very nice hotel, by bike you are within a few minutes in the center of Middelburg. And for those who do not have a bicycle with them, they can rent 2 bicycles from the hotel for free. We were lucky that the couple who stayed in the hotel at the time could not cycle, so we went somewhere by bike every day. The kitchen has everything you need, there is even a washing machine. The hotel rooms are very spacious and well-kept, as is the bathroom. Furthermore, each couple has their own dining table and sofa. And outside there is also a table with two chairs for everyone. The owner came to bring us clean towels and asked if everything was OK. I was very skeptical when we booked it, but it was the opposite, it's a great concept. We would love to come back!
