Unsustainable! Ordered skates on Sunday, not given to delivery service on Thursday ... 2 emails: "Yes, we're doing our best. It's busy sir." And continue to advertise that is available from stock. Do you have to have people at work to deliver it off the shelf to the delivery person. If I had known this ... I hope I can still skate this season.

How is it possible that sending skates, in this short period in which skating is possible at all, takes days to arrive? When the thaw sets in again, it will be of no use to me. Not very customer-friendly and not businesslike either.

First received incorrect skates, but was called and by acting quickly from owner I got a good set of skates and I am satisfied with the quick handling.

I am a 53 year old sportsman. From 5 km to marathon. Trails triathlon basically everything. Buy from koolesport for many years with pleasure and satisfaction. Nice staff who also do sports themselves. I even speak to Floris Jan in the evenings and weekends. Great sportsman with an understanding of business.
