I recently ordered for my own beauty salon, and I received my order within 24 hours, quality is also top. I have not been able to find such a service and quality products for so cheap anywhere else!
Wheelbarrow ordered and delivered. Screw holes do not match, so we cannot assemble and use the wheelbarrow.
Contacted and I had to send photos to the app. Evidence sent. According to him this was not possible and I got sample photos how it should be put together. Tried again. Photos sent with hard proof that it really does not fit, because 1 hole does not match.
His solution. Deliver a pre-assembled wheelbarrow for 15 euros with 10 euros extra shipping costs. I did not agree with this and was able to find out.
Disrespectfully poor handling and very unfriendly.
Ordering successful, otherwise you are out of luck !!!
Wheelbarrow ordered from this webshop. Assembly was difficult, but with a hammer it goes fine. Screw holes did not match, but this can be forced with a hammer. Once assembled it is an excellent strong wheelbarrow and for this price you will not find a better one !!
At first I could not figure out how to assemble the wheelbarrow, and immediately, a few minutes later, I was sent a video in which I understood and could assemble everything! Top service and quality is excellent.
