They don’t have many variety of colors for nail polishing. I felt that even tho they have a decent level, could be better for the price you pay. The facility and equipment is accurate but not the best, the bar chairs for when they are painting your hands feel like they are about to break.
Bofore I went to their Amsterdam salon, very friendly ladies there. This time in the Utrecht salon gives me even better service. Highly recommend it. Only thing I find troublesome is that I can't reach the phone so easily because it seems that they are very busy. But they replied my email super fast.
Good value for money.
I did pedicure there. work well done. still enjoying it. in the center.. easy to find. just not too luxurious, everything looks pretty basic for a location like this but the quality of work was worth it.. totally recommend
I had a pedicure. The place was clean and organised. However, there was barely any pedicure treatment, only a bit of cleaning of the nails and nailpolish, with the latter being done poorly. It also came of just a few days after my visit. Furthermore, the appointment was shorter than was said on the website, and the atmosphere was not very genuine or cosy.
