Very poor experience. Quality of work is below average. My appointment was supposed to be lasting 1,5h and instead it was only 1,1h. Normally in any other salon the treatment lasts at least 2,5h. I had to remove the lashes almost next day because I couldn't go anywhere looking like that. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Nearly all lashes had fallen off after only one week! I don't recommend this place, I attached a picture of how the lashes looked after ONE week. This is unacceptable for a price of 75 Euros. I was denied a refund and Lash is More refused to completely fix the problem. I would understand that reaction if I reported the problem after a longer time, but I wrote them an email after only 4 days Detailed Review I got my lashes done here last week Thursday. They were apparently not attached very well because they started un-attaching from my natural lashes the same day. By Monday over a third off all lashes had come off and I wrote an mail to the Lash is More Team letting them know about the situation. On the third day after I wrote another email as I had gotten no reply and asked them to please fix my lashes or take the rest lashes off and give me a refund as after only a week nearly all lashes were gone. I received an answer that day offering a 30-minute touch-up and informing me that I would not get all lashes replaced. I answered that I preferred not to do that as getting only a part if lashes would not look good and asked for them to take the few lashes which were still on off and to give me a refund as the quality of the work was obviously unacceptable and received an email declining that and offering the partly touch-up again. I'm very upset as I was looking forward to having nice lashes for a few weeks and feel cheated out of my money. That is not the way a business should operate. If I had bought any kind of product and it broke a few days in, there would be no discussion about obtaining a refund and I don't see why a badly done lash job should be treated any different. I've had lashes before and know not to use any kind of products on them and to take good care of them, so that I know that the fault was not on my part. Also: I mentioned in my email that the stylist was sick and was constantly sneezing and blowing her nose during the process and that she had to be told by a colleague to disinfect her hands before touching my face again after a while. I also asked if it was possible that the disinfectant on her hands had something to do with the lashes not being attached correctly. This information was just ignored with a "our stylist is a very hygienic person"... All in all I'm very disappointed as I read mainly good reviews about this place. I realize that situations like this can happen but the professional thing to do if something does go wrong is to offering a refund or to fix the mistake (not only partly, like was offered).

It was a horrible experience I booked a session, they told me they lost my order after I walked 2 hours and they didn’t even apologize. I don’t recommend this place at all

Not the desired result as hoped for. I did a lash lift before and then I had a lot of results and now minimal. Pity
