I have found my permanent salon, finally! I went for the first time, they the fun task of fixing the red hair I gave myself last week with box dye. I wanted soft brown with a few caramel highlights. And they did it AMAZINGLY. The color, the highlights, the price, the service, the products. Just everything was beyond what I expected and for sure the best experience I've had at a salon in NL. All the ladies were super friendly and attentive. I also have curly hair and they were great with using the right products and styling it correctly for curly hair. Next time I need a cut I will for sure go here as well.

Great place, they offer nice drinks when you come in and the interior is very beautifull. They have everything you'd expect from a barber. They have very nice staff there and they like to talk! They work with reservations and have a little store built in with high quality products. They offer very nice teas and it all looks really expensive Getting your hair cut is kinda expensive and you usually have to make a reservation because otherwise they're full. Those aren't really tradable traits, they do offer more then just hair cutting.

Clean, stylish facility with a friendly, knowledgeable, courteous staff. I requested a gellak (gel-shellak) manicure with French tips. I was VERY surprised at the cost of €91 for the removal of old gellak plus a re-application. The quality of work I received is a 6/10. Likely because although lovely personally, the nail tech was not aware of how to properly provide the service I requested. So I left disappointed. Because the price was exorbitant. And i received a sub-par gellak manicure. Whomp-whomp. Otherwise, a lovely salon.

The salon is well appointed, clean and has a classy, fresh decor. Staff members are helpful and knowledgeable. You are offered a drink as you enter, which is always welcoming. Two things I didn't like about my experience which will prevent me from returning. 1. The nail tech I saw did not seem confident in her craft. I asked for a French tip Gellak Manicure. She needed guidance on how to remove my previous Gellak treatment as well as how to do French tips properly. 🤔 2. The cost for my treatment was exorbitant! €91 for a gellak manicure? No way. Online it says €38.50. Unbelievable. I asked for an itemization of the charges, and the cashier explained the gellak with French tips is €65 and the remainder was to charge for time to remove my former nails. Umm, no. Never again. Sorry Servaas. Your stingy ways lost you a loyal customer. 😕

Lotte, you are amazing with your Dermalogica advice! I cried when I got home and saw how beautiful my face is! I'll be back for another facial! Carlijn, my hair looks awesome! Fantastic colouring! I feel good about myself again when I look in the mirror in the morning! You made me feel at ease today, love the way you interact with customers!
