I am from Rotterdam and travel to Utrecht for a reason. A very inviting salon from the outside due to the large windows so you can look directly in. Upon entering you immediately experience a good relaxed atmosphere due to the decoration, music and of course the hospitality of the employees. I have been coming here for two years to cut and dye my hair. They work with great products that ensure that you still see results months after arrival. In addition to the haircut, I have also been able to experience the beauty salon twice, where the best results are also delivered in terms of skin improvement. It is clear that I am very pleased with the treatments at this salon. Besides the treatments, the staff is very friendly. You notice when they are busy with each other, so that the customer has no idea of ​​the pressure on the employees. They work as a team and that in my opinion gives the salon 10 extra points! A lot of effort is also made to give the customer the best experience and that is of course highly appreciated. This salon consists of very friendly staff, they make everyone feel at home by, for example, remembering the first names of all customers. I come there for my eyebrows and the IPL treatment. A painless hair removal treatment with great results. A smooth skin and the hairs do not come back. I can recommend it to others.
