I have not had such bad service and food in all my 20 years around the globe. First, my order was completely forgotten on the first day, after I waited for it for an hour or an hour and a half. As compensation, I got the same order with some extras the day after. This order was also not without problems. This one was an hour late, even though I had clearly indicated this a day (!) In advance. Another terribly disappointing service. After waiting another hour and 15 minutes for the make-up order, it was sub-par, mediocre, and the promised extra for the disappointment from the day before never materialized. On top of that, during this whole catastrophe, the business was incredibly hard to reach, and completely uncluttered. My order consisted of the following; a slice of apple pie, a slice of carrot cake, a mozzarella-pesto sandwich, and two scones. The apple pie was turned upside down and completely destroyed in the tray. The crust was soggy and not tasty. The carrot cake tasted dry and the icing was literally normal sugar. Substandard. The bun was soft, bland, and bland. There is no complete sense of taste here. However, the scones were somewhat recommended. All in all, a complete failure, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

A week ago there were more reviews here (not 5 stars). Unfortunately, not all of them live up to their promises, and the food is below the competition level. Delivery is a bit problematic (when it is busy?). It is probably a start-up, before that kudos. Perhaps in the future, but for the time being I will choose another sandwich maker.

Delicious, carefully made sandwiches and sweets. Excellent service, at a reasonable price. Highly recommended for the lazy Sunday morning!
