Today came to this company for the first time with a broken lamp (daytime running light). Recently driving (for the first time) a Kia Picanto but I have been terribly badly helped. I went in with a broken lamp on the right and came out again with the same broken lamp. Afterwards I was treated like a small child and I was told that the lights only work when the car is moving! What do they think about this company, SCHANDE!
Then she tried to convince me that this was probably another light bulb that had broken. Pretty clever, claiming this because there is only 1 lamp in the daytime running lights and it was still broken!
Found that these "mechanics" had replaced the wrong (normal working) light and I was offered that they still wanted to replace my faulty bulb out of courtesy. Would seriously never been treated so poorly. Las that sales fortunately normally, but realize you if something goes wrong with your car ...
Yesterday was here for a big turn: what a party this is (outside the checkout than 😋) My car completely finished and super clean! Due to circumstances I could not keep up with him than normal and now I got him washed and vacuumed back! And then also a customized loan car! Thank you everyone who has had my car!
