Mega occasion Center Utrecht

This showroom has mostly expensive cars and the staff is not so responsive. At this site they don't have wide variety of cars to choose from. Markplaats offer better deal than here

I had a very good experience with Van Mossel Utrecht. I bought a BMW 1 series from 2013 there in the summer of 2020. Menno Pel gave me good information at the time, after which I quickly decided to buy the car. After one day, unfortunately, the light of the engine management started to burn, after which I went back fairly quickly. I was then allowed to have the car read out by Ekris Utrecht (official BMW dealer) without any problems and then have it repaired. It turned out to be a torn air supply hose, which I have had no problems with since then. I then drove about 10,000 km in six months without any problems. Just before the expiry of the BOVAG - this was six months - I reported to van Mossel again because of the oil consumption and a cracking sound when sending from a standstill. Again I was able to diagnose Ekris Utrecht without any problems (through Menno Pel, very pleasantly). There turned out to be nothing problematic. That gave me a good feeling. In any case, I drive my BMW 1 series satisfactorily. In summary, my experience with Menno Pel and Van Mossel Utrecht is very positive and I will certainly buy a car again in the future. Recently I exchanged my golf 7 and bought a young used Tiguan back for this. The location manager Menno (top vent) immediately gave me a market-based trade-in price that we ultimately did not even have to negotiate just right. During the test drive I noticed that the car pulled slightly to the right during braking, all this was neatly solved by Menno and during delivery everything was in perfect order. I can only say what a top service here has been provided by Van Mossel and that I have experienced this purchase as very pleasant, thanks again Menno my next car will certainly be a Van Mossel again.
