Looking back at our experience with the car we bought, I have to say we payed too much for what we got back. That is fairly unfortunate. Additionally, even though we agreed he would change a broken seatbelt and the airco. Airco didnt work and we had to fix it somewhere else for 300euros, additionally the seatbelt he never replaced as he kept ordering the wrong seatbelt and never match the car. All in all, I wouldn't go back to this shop.

Super pleased with the services we got in Car Centre Utrecht. We love our car and Karl is the best! We had quite some hassle with the RDW authorities as we were in between 2 houses/addresses, but Karl was super patient and helped us with the process. Thank you!
