Doctor Nijdam himself is very nice and helpful. The assistant opposite, when you finally get them on the line (which is already no longer possible because it is too busy ...), you quickly get the idea that they really don't want to help you. We are going to switch.

Although I never have the same doctor, I am always helped well when I am on appointment. The only thing is that I often find the receptionists very unfriendly to unhelpful on the phone. Almost a bit like bothering them. Not always very substantively, but certainly in tone and that they are not very willing to think along
