Sent away after error assistant. At 8 o'clock I have reported for my appointment with Dr de Wouters. The assistant then pointed me to the waiting room. Here I waited 25 minutes for the asstists to call me to her. She stated that I had to make a new appointment because I had been late. I would not have been there at 8:05 when the doctor called my name. The internet history of my mobile phone shows that I read from 8:02 to 8:20 pages on nu.nl. So I think I also proved that I was present at 8 o'clock, I registered, took off my coat, and started reading the news at 8:02. I was allowed to make a new appointment for next week. My complaint or the seriousness / urgency of this has not been requested.

Unfriendly, somewhat arrogant and uninterested on the phone. In the past, more often left in the dark by the doctor. Still went again because it is so close. Now it's done and I switch. Certainly not one of the better practices.

I left the practice. Experienced physician as very unpleasant and assistant / receptionists are unfriendly and not very tactful.

Terrible receptionist! You feel unwelcome when you enter. Not nice if you are already hard on the bone and you are already looked away from the beginning, incomprehensible!
