Indeed you may need to wait a little longer sometimes but is that an issue when you know then that they are giving the *right* amount of time to the patient when it matters? I'm grateful for the later instead of guaranteeing my waiting time and then not being able to take the necessary time for the consultation which is what matters. They focus on the consultation.

Nice and professional personal but you have always to wait from 20 minutes till even 2 hours when doctor will call your name. I made also appointments for the earliest time possible thinking that it might help to reduce waiting time but even in this case I had to wait 20 minutes and more.

It is unfortunate that the consultation hours are very fast and large. It is a good doctor, friendly assistants and the practice is clean and tidy. In my opinion, if the sprouting can be reduced, it would be a very good practice.

Involved employees. No more stress during contact with assistant (with old practice though), flexible and listening ear during consultation. Nice!
