Bloemsierkunst Ad Hosman

I was unpleasantly surprised to see tortoise shells, stuffed birds, animal heads, (dead) butterflies, animal furs, and other animal-related items for sale in this flower shop. All looked authentic. But regardless of whether they were authentic or not, I thought we left this kind of animal abuse behind a hundred years ago?

Today 14/02/19 I made an order (order No.52938472) for the Valentine's day celebration from Greece through your online store in order to send flowers to my girl in Utrecht. I completed the order and paid in advance through internet banking about 09:00 (GMT+2), which means my order was scheduled before this store even opened for the day. Until 13:00 (GMT+2) I had made about 4 phone calls to them from Greece just to make sure the flowers are despatched because my girl is a student and wanted to leave home. They told me that the delivery person is delivering and they have many orders to send, but it will be there until 17:00 (GMT+2). I told my girl not to leave home in order to get the "gift" until they arrive. Moreover I made the last phone call at 18:45, the lady I've spoked with in the morning and had told me the flowers will get delivered until 17:00(GMT+2), told me she will make a phone call at the delivery person and tell him to go straight there. Now the time is 20:00 (GMT+2) and my girl is still waiting for the flowers. It's such a shame for you and your company to have the ability to send gifts, if you cannot do it. You are a ridiculous store and I am really disappointed !!! It's not really about the 50-60 euro that I paid for the flowers. My girl didn't get any flowers for the Valentine's day... BECAUSE OF YOU!! If I could write 0 stars I would do it, but I can't. Never trust this store!

Beautiful, fresh, un sprayed flowers of the highest quality! My husband and I have chosen Ad Hosman Bloemsierkunst to dress up our wedding. In addition to the bridal bouquet that has been completely arranged to my wishes, we have all been able to enjoy an oasis of color and fragrance on 02-09-2018. Great! The corsage's were also a hit. The bouquets were taken to our house one day later after all the festivities and the flowers provided our house in full glory with joy & fragrance and color pleasure for another week and a half. The price / quality ratio is totally wrong. Got a very ugly bouquet that my husband ordered, it contained roses that went after 4 days at half past five, furthermore cheap additives / leaves and that for a very spicy price. That never again, there are much better florists in Utrecht than this one, the owner does not find a friendly man :-(.
