I received flowers for my birthday from my husband as a surprise and I wasn't home when they first tried to deliver. The second time they noted down the wrong address. The man on the phone was very rude and aggressive.

Threatening and dishonest gentleman who indicates that he or she has allegedly been at the door a number of times. We were at home and nothing can be seen on the camera. Never receive flowers (heart below the belt)

A friend gave me a bunch of flowers as a gift through this shop to comfort me a bit because I'm not in such a good situation now, I'm stuck here and my dad is a terminal cancer in another country and I can't to him, then my son took pictures and emailed, then I got a call, I did not take my name because I was on another call, of course after that I gave the phone to my son and he got it on the line is already very cheeky, my son is even angrier than myself, I think this is very unprofessional and antisocial in service, and then still threaten that if my son is a guy he must go to his business ... nice to have such customer service and threats. I advise people not to buy from such antisocial people, because dejected you will probably get broken and dry flowers and second they leave it in the middle, nice first and last time here, go tell my girlfriend what is has happened.
