Bad service. DHL driver does not even stop by the address, and sent the post back by claiming that the address is not valid! 🤦🏻‍♂️

Problems with DHL for the umpteenth time. I am done! Now they've lost a package and I'm not even getting 10 percent back! No more DHL from now on. Even if it is going to be sent to me I will pay more to have another courier come. The customer service is worst as they can never provide a solution or contact the carrier or store. Nobody takes responsibility or is held accountable for mistakes, so nothing changes!
