Package not delivered to the neighbors. By mail that there would be a card in the letterbox. This was not the case, so I had to call for € 1 per call + telephone costs to find out where the package was. Let's hope it will still be delivered. At my request to get the telephone costs back, I was just not laughed at. Really not okay.

They cannot deliver and during from Corona only 1 ticket in the bus without being able to pick it up somewhere but 09nr. call to take action yourself. Bad Bad Bad Thing This !!

There is nothing wrong with the Track and trace. Would be delivered, falls back to GLS received the package. The time before, they just put the package outside without ringing the doorbell at all.

How worthless, no information about the package to be found. Track and Trace in German, all kinds of reports that the package has been scanned and shipped on hold, etc. Trying to find out through customer service, no answer.
