Went to Schaap en Citroen located in Utrecht. The service was very good. They took their time to inform you about different watches and were patient / calm. Its not a cheap store....but its worth the money.

Recently bought a new watch (IWC) at Schaap Citroen. During my purchase I was well helped and advised. After a few weeks I found out that there was a small stain under my glass. Went back to Schaap Citroen and they sent the watch to the service center. After 2 weeks I got my watch back scratched (!) (Glass and bezel)! The watch was then returned to S / C after which it was sent back to the service center. Strictly requested to keep me informed of the repair and never heard from again. The result is that I have already lost my watch for 5 weeks and do not know when it will return. It certainly does not feel good that (after an expensive purchase for me) the watch has already been disassembled and disassembled several times by the service people at S / C, knowing that they apparently did not use my watch very sparingly. Very unfortunate and certainly not a good experience for me.
Friendly, good service, watch had become really beautiful, and completely polished, cleaned without charging a more price. Really good.
Top service, even in the corona time they arrive at home, wrapped in gift paper and a bottle of bubbles. Top service and great watch!
