Kralenwinkel Love 4 Beads

We got a spontaneous idea when walking past this store to go in and pick out beads to make bracelets. We were total newbies and the staff was super friendly and helpful. They gave us advice and ideas and even let us make the bracelets in the store. We ended up staying a lot longer than we had planned because we had so much fun. Easily one of the best retail experiences we’ve ever had!

A very nice place to find different materials ..beads, threads, charms and a very friendly owner who is welling to help in every way possible..workshop is great as well. I really enjoy my visits to this place.

Visited Love 4 Beads today. Covid measures were taken into account and the lady in the store was able to help me with questions. Help was also offered, if I still have questions afterwards and there is the possibility to contact me about a specific item that is currently not available. Nice beads, clearly indicated when something is gilded, for example. Also suitable advice for alternatives that I was looking for. The customer was even referred to another bead shop further down the road, which I really liked. I (fortunately) cannot agree with the previous bad reviews ..... I am very happy that I went to the store through curiosity and that I was not influenced by this. So you see that everyone has their own opinion and experiences differ :-) Until next time!

Nice shop, they also have a lot of beautiful things (beads, charms, other parts) that are also very well priced. The myuki beads are on the expensive side. I found the saleswoman friendly and helpful the first time I got there, but the second time she was a bit grumpy and reacted annoyed / angry when I asked if she had certain parts because she was temporarily out of stock. This response is unfortunate, but maybe she didn't have her day (can happen, of course!). I will continue to come here as I enjoy supporting small businesses :)

Very friendly saleswoman, thinks along with you and takes the time for you. When I came back and still wanted the chain a little shorter, this was immediately arranged. Super service! Thank you.
