Solid and reliable, nice older people who have been doing this all their lives. Craftsmanship comes first. Also nice: good and honest advice about whether something can really be cleaned completely. I think the lady with that dress in the other review has just handed in a cheap dress or had a nasty stain with some dirty stuff. The only downside: they refuse to be pinheaded! I find it funny again, the ATM is nearby.

Extremely customer-friendly and disrespectfully treated. About the same experience as Margriet. I had also taken my dress away because there were stains on it after a wedding, and as I went to get it these stains were still there: -s Well, that was my problem now, because service and searching for a solution is not something you have to expect at Dolman. Just pay the full pound or you won't get your dress with you ... I will never come here again! And strongly discourage everyone.

Outrageous treatment, poor service and my dress destroyed. Not customer friendly, not thinking along, I put the blame on me while I brought my dress there to have it cleaned properly. Satin fabric dress, now completely frayed. I do not recommend this dry cleaner to anyone.
