Good cheap cleaners fast service really everything you expect from a cleaners

We brought a wedding dress and a wedding suit to the Valerie dry cleaner in Scherpenzeel on 17 August. We have agreed on a price. The wedding suit was back after 2 weeks and clean at dry cleaning, which furthermore has no added value to the story. After not hearing anything for 4 weeks, we called Valerie to ask if the dress had ever been cleaned. We were told that he was going to call after him, so he sent everything to other dry cleaners. Then we are called back the next day with a story that they were busy with it, note: "yesterday" and that dress is too dirty to get clean. We will have to count on extra costs, which is of course absurd. Of course we do not intend to pay extra costs if a fixed price has been agreed in advance, and it is actually their fault that they will not get the dress clean because they have simply forgotten the dress and will only start cleaning 4 weeks later . After a bad phone call we don't have to pay the costs and they will clean the dress an extra time. After waiting a few weeks and not hearing from them again, we were able to pick up the dress. This one was not clean! We took the dress home anyway. Dryer Valerie gave us the name of the Dryer where he takes it and that is dry-cleaner Q-center in Utrecht. We have to deal with it ourselves with Dry Cleaning Q-center, we are told, this is of course ridiculous. That is not how you treat customers. After some phone calls to Q-center Dry Cleaning, we decided together to send the dress back so that they can take the damage. Then everything goes wrong, for example we are called back that we would have a complaint about a fitted sheet. And to our great surprise, they are going to clean the dress again. We would also have given permission to have the dress cleaned with extra chemical cleaning. We hadn't done that at all !! Eventually the dress was delivered to Valerie again and we still have a dirty dress! Finally, Q-center tells us that we just have to find another dry cleaner who will get the dress clean, and then they will reimburse them. Conclusion: We have waited too long to clean the wedding dress so that it is no longer cleaned and almost cleaned. Then error is made after error and we receive no compensation.

I was received with smiling faces, also got a cup of coffee. I was able to pick up my three-piece suit 3 days later, very happy with the result. There is a very warm and cozy atmosphere with, in my opinion, hard-working employees. Nowadays I am also a regular customer and I want to thank dry cleaner Q Center for their great customer service.

Had a wedding party that I found out too late after calling, I could still go here for my costume because I had nowhere else to choose to have my costume cleaned. Was ready on time but not satisfied with the ironing when putting on. Revere of my jacket was not in model and at the back of my trousers double fold the trousers still had some stains. However, I had no other choice and I was so attracted to going to the party. After a number of comments I decided to write a revision here even though I was happy at the beginning that it could be cleaned so quickly.
