Every year Tom provides my end-of-year gifts for my customers, true wine connoisseurs. This year it became a special Spanish wine from Navarre with a very good connotation. The level of difficulty was in personalizing the bottles with a self-designed label. The lockdown also made it extra difficult to have parcels delivered because there was nobody at the offices. It took me and Tom quite a bit of effort to deliver the bottles to the right people at the offices via DPD. But it all worked out perfectly to get these gems to end up on my customers' Christmas tables.
