Really great hotel!!! This hotel was a wonderful surprise! One of the best experiences I've had so far. The Lasy Sunday promotion gave us the opportunity to enjoy Utrecht also on Sunday, but the best is the hotel staff and the nice touches!!! Great people at the reception, wonderful espresso machine open for guests, spacious and very clean room, and a wonderful breakfast in the room during these difficult times. I really recommend it and will always look for an NH hotel on my next trips, thanks to this experience and this late check out promotion. They are really worth those words!!!
Perfect hotel experience even in Covid-19 times. The mandatory room service for breakfast though mandatory gives a special experience I never tried before. A great place to stay and discover the multifaceted Utrecht.
Lovely stay in the centre of the city
Lovely hotel in the centre of Utrecht. Really accessible by train. Standard breakfast in a breakfast hall. Room can be small and noisy from the buses passing by even in the middle of the night.
The standard rooms are quite cramped and cleaning could be better. The restaurant is spacious and the breakfast good enough. But beware, the restaurant might close quite early in the evening. On the other hand there are a lot of alternative cafés, pubs and restaurants in the area. The location in the old central part of town is excellent. Walking to the train station takes 10-15 minutes and you can pass right through the big mall.
