When I got to my appartment the dishwasher was broken, the lamp was broken, the tv not working and most basic kitchen accessories were not there and what was there was dirty. There were no spoons and only one big pan for example. I called them and they were very nice to me and gave me an upgrade to a clean fully equipped appartment with a nice view. Very good, nice and helpfull service.

Very cool room next to the river.. They dont offer breakfast and is not allowed smoke in the room.... Is very close to the center.. Good Service... Nice

A stylish apartment with a canal view. Good proximity to the centre through the wonderful, cobbled lanes of Utrecht.

Comfortable accommodation on a canal, close to canal resturants, shopping and the central train station. Friendly , helpful staff greeted us on arrival. Highly recommend
