Horrendous service. Sarcastic, unhelpful. Seems like the lady thinks that the customers are there to serve her rather than the other way around. Pity, I’ve had wonderful experiences at other Ecco stores. Do yourself a favour and go to the other store in Hoog Catherijne, where the staff are lovely and super helpful.
"Can I have the left shoe? Would you like to try on because of the insoles?" These were taken with pain and effort, as if every step she had to take was too much.
I noticed that the left shoe pinched a little more, "yes, they are also two completely different shoes" was shouted from the counter ...
It is that I know what to look for and that they were good on offer but had almost left despite the competitive price.
Kindness course should not be missing here.
The product convinces me, unfortunately the shop in Utrecht doesn't! The opening times were not adhered to, the staff is not really motivated, every trip to the warehouse is one too many. It's a shame about the good product!
