Very bad service when it comes to a complaint. Everyone sends you to the other. Without a solution. The shoes have been with them for over a week now. If you call them, you will be told a colleague who has helped you is not there. He'll call you back. Then does not happen. Very bad customer service. Never again

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes via the webshop for € 845.00.-. When ordering, I deliberately checked the choice that the package could not be delivered to the neighbors. I never received the shoes and in the meantime several contradictory statements have been issued from Eleganza. There is no name known of the receiver so I can not get a story. Simply scammed. Currently working on this legally. Tip: get the shoes really in the store.

Ordered for the 2nd time on the webshop. After 5 days a dry email that the product is not available! And yes this is no coincidence it is the 2nd time with me. She is not interested in solutions. They treat you disrespectfully and very amateurish NEVER AGAIN!
