Heidi is a gifted coach. She is wise and compassionate and her observations are spot-on. I seeked her help as a breathing coach at first and was delighted to discover that she could also offer me personal coaching. Heidi's friendly and relaxed communication style put me at ease immediately. The sessions we had always resulted in powerful insights. I was able to let go and solve many elements that I found troubling. The most valuable outcome of our coaching sessions is having the tools to help me recognize and cope with old thought and behavioral patterns. I am very grateful for her guidance and warm support.
