Oriental Wellness Center Le

I was skeptical at first to try the eye lashes extensions at Le Oriental. But I decided to give it a try anyways since the price was reasonable, only 55 euros. It took a little while until it done, about 2 hours for the new set. and honestly, I was a bit scared of the result. But WOW!!! the result was amazing and I love it!!! Completely Worth it and Yes! I would recommended to my friend to try it!!

I have been a regular and satisfied customer at this salon for over two years. After today they lost me as a customer. I asked for a pedicure and manicure treatment, the employee has worked it off in such a way that it was ready within half an hour (normally it takes an hour). She has skipped many steps, such as file and callus removal. When I mentioned that, she did not understand me and I raised it with another employee who does understand Dutch. I showed my feet and nails to show that it wasn't done. I then waited an hour before the errors were corrected. I asked several times how long I still had to wait but was completely ignored. Eventually it recovered, but I spent 2.5 hours there for a manicure and pedicure treatment that normally lasts one hour. When I expressed my dissatisfaction about this and asked for compensation, I was accused of lying. The employee would have done everything, but I wanted everything again and I was a liar. These are the words that have been used literally. Then a short man in a jogging suit and sunglasses came in. It turned out to be the owner, who called in the police. Again it was said that I refused to pay. The owner was very unfriendly and shouted "you will definitely tell the police that you are being discriminated against". That while I expressed my dissatisfaction with the treatment (not properly performed) and how I was treated as a customer (wait over an hour for recovery). Very unprofessional and anything but customer-friendly. I will never come back here and I advise others to be alert to these people.
