Honestly, this is the worst hotel experience I have had in my life. The phone was disconnected, the TV wasn't working. Later on, we got a room switch and it smelled disgusting and it looked like it hadn't been used in a very long time by the guests or the hotel cleaning staff (no towels and toiletries available). The wellness started to close 30 minutes before the stated time which made us feel rushed instead of relaxed. I'd still give it two stars because the staff was a little understanding.

The hotel is great. Fantastic rooms with a jacuzzi, sauna, and big shower. Really recommend spending a romantic evening there.

we were helped very well, room was clean, beds were clean and we slept wonderfully, employees were very friendly and especially Laura, thank you girl. all our questions were answered. we felt very, very welcome X Juha&Senna

I haven't not stayed there however already not a good experience with the customer service. I made a mistake in my booking however they were not willing at all to help me and see that it was a mistake that could happen to everyone else as well. A little bit disappointed because you would expect a hotel with so good reviews to be a bit accommodating to their guests....

Really nice place to stay for the night, friendly and helpful staff! The spa area was clean and inviting, however, it is unfortunately not open 24/7. Besides this, the hotel exceeded expectations!
