Passed a beautiful winter coat at Zumo in Utrecht. Afterwards I found the first jacket (black), not quite my thing. Called with the question whether it could still be exchanged for another color without labels (after all, the jacket was sold with that), and this was no problem if the receipt was present. Neat and very friendly staff.

Good service and nice staff. However, the quality of the clothes they sell is, in my opinion, very poor in relation to the price.
